Satair to acquire VAS Aero Services.

Satair, a provider of aircraft parts and maintenance services, agreed to acquire VAS Aero Services, a distributor of aviation aftermarket parts and components. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The customers’ demands are changing and we observe a clear prioritization of maximizing value through the complete aircraft lifecycle and beyond, focusing on cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
