Shang Qi Capital, a private equity firm, led a $740m Series D round in RT Advanced Materials, a producer of lithium-ion battery materials. “Our cooperation with RT will help SAIC Motor continue to lead the development of China’s power battery technologies and ensure battery supplies to the parent firm,” Shang Qi Capital.
