The Chernin Group, a privately held, independent media company, led a Series D funding round in The Premier Lacrosse League, an operator of a lacrosse tournament, with participation from Blue Pool Capital, Brett Jefferson Holdings, World Wrestling Entertainment, 35V, Wheelhouse Entertainment and Pomp Investments. “As early investors in PLL we have followed their growth with enthusiasm and are excited to partner with Mike and Paul even more closely with this investment.
