Cortec-backed Rotating Machinery Services, a provider of engineering, repair, and maintenance services to the rotating equipment, completed the acquisition of Breaux Machine Works, a provider of general machining services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition expands RMS’ capabilities and capacity in the Houston area. While we value our partners throughout our supply chain, having the ability to perform more in-house offers our customers time-efficiency and security by not having to ship their critical equipment over long distances.
