Vivalto Partners-backed Vivalto Sante, a private hospital company, agreed to acquire Spanish and Central European businesses from Centene, a healthcare services provider. Financial terms are not disclosed. "This transaction represents another significant milestone in our value creation plan and ongoing portfolio review.
