Alliance Ground International completed the acquisition of Total Airport Services from Grupo CCR.

Alliance Ground International (AGI), an airline cargo handling services company, completed the acquisition of Total Airport Services (TAS), a passenger and cargo handling company, from Grupo CCR, a Brazilian industrial company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “TAS boosts AGI’s operations in the passenger handling market, which is key to our current strategy and complements our cargo handling capabilities at key US hubs,” Jared Azcuy, AGI CEO.
