Dynamo Software, a cloud software platform for the alternatives ecosystem, completed the acquisition of Smonik Systems, a provider of data management and reconciliation services to the financial services industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As the financial markets undergo further stress, Dynamo has calibrated its business to provide robust, best-in-class software for alternative asset managers and institutional investors,” Hank Boughner, Dynamo CEO.
