Navios Maritime Partners, an international owner and operator of dry cargo and tanker vessels, completed the acquisition of a 36-Vessel Drybulk Fleet from Navios Maritime Holdings, a multinational, vertically integrated seaborne shipping and logistics company, for $835m.
