Gruppo Florence, a platform of the Italian textile supply chain, completed the acquisition of Facopel Produzione, a hat manufacturer, for $230m. The Group aims to grow and complete its offering through the acquisition of further Italian companies to consolidate Made in Italy manufacturers into a single platform.
