Keysight Technologies completed the acquisition of Nordsys.

Keysight Technologies, a company that manufactures electronics test and measurement equipment and software, completed the acquisition of Nordsys, a developer of software system architectures. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Combining the experience and expertise of Keysight, IPG and Nordsys will deliver a solution that enables customers to simulate and emulate their components, software and systems including sensor fusion and decision-making algorithms," Tom Goetzl, Keysight Vice President and General Manager.
