Bayswater Exploration and Production completed the acquisition of Denver-Julesberg Basin from Nickel Road.

Bayswater Exploration and Production, an operator of an oil and natural gas development company, completed the acquisition of Denver-Julesberg Basin, a provider of oil and gas exploration services, from Nickel Road, a provider of oil and gas acquisition and development services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The remainder of our assets are located in the oil-rich Northern Wattenberg Field where there is a concentration of current development activity. Nickel Road has excelled at operational execution in the DJ Basin, and we remain focused on responsible development for all of our stakeholders in Weld County," Dana Johnson, Nickel Road Co-President.
