Revelstoke Capital-backed OrthoAlliance completed the acquisition of OrthoNeuro and JIS Orthopedics.

Revelstoke Capital-backed OrthoAlliance, a private Cincinnati-based management services operation, completed the acquisition of OrthoNeuro, a provider of orthopedic and neurologic healthcare services, and JIS Orthopedics, a provider of clinical orthopedic treatment service. Financial terms were not disclosed.
