Greenbriar Equity and Revolent Capital-backed The Facilities Group, an operator of integrated facility maintenance organizations, completed the acquisition of Summit Service Group, a provider of janitorial and facility maintenance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the Summit team to TFG.
