Osceola Capital-backed Forward Solutions, a service company focused on providing advanced services for evolving markets, completed the acquisition of Utility Sales Associates, a provider of outsourced sales services for utilities and telecommunications equipment manufacturers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of Utility Sales Associates represents an exciting new strategy within the Forward Solutions platform.
