Sentinel Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Fireman Capital Partners-backed Bandon Holdings.

Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Fireman Capital Partners-backed Bandon Holdings, a fitness app developer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
