PAI Partners-backed European Camping Group to acquire Vacanceselect from Permira.

PAI Partners-backed European Camping Group, a tour operator, agreed to acquire Vacanceselect, a camping and holiday villages operator, from Permira, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The combination of ECG and Vacanceselect creates a French champion and European leader in the outdoor accommodation space, offering more than 400 destinations to our clients. We are confident in the prospects for our sector which is seeing consistently increasing demand.
