Fortune Brands to acquire Aqualisa for $160m.

Fortune Brands, a home and security products company, agreed to acquire Aqualisa, a manufacturer of shower products known for premium, innovative, smart digital shower systems and exceptional customer care, for $160m. “Fortune Brands has long been a brand and innovation leader.
