EIS completed the acquisition of Enterprise Business Solutions from Lemonade.

EIS, a digital insurance platform, completed the acquisition of Metromile's Enterprise Business Solutions, a full service and solutions IT consulting firm, from Lemonade, the insurance company powered by AI and social impact. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to welcoming EBS team members and their clients to EIS. Acquiring EBS will greatly enhance our coretech systems.
