Partners Group-backed Parmaco completed the acquisition of Fixcel.

Partners Group-backed Parmaco, a Finnish rental school and day care provider, completed the acquisition of Fixcel, an innovative Finnish modular builder specialized in advanced steel cell structures. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I’m very happy to welcome Fixcel as part of the Parmaco family. Together we can broaden our offering to our clients in the social and healthcare sector. Fixcel’s steel cell technology opens new opportunities for international expansion as steel is a more common building material in central Europe than wood," Ari Lehtoranta, Parmaco Group CEO.
