Aksìa Group, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Gommatex Spalmati, a producer of sustainable and customizable coagulated and coated fabrics for the main brands of fashion and luxury. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very happy to invest in a new sector for us, that of High End Luxury, with a company like Gommatex that represents a unique international, historical partner of leading luxury brands.
