Summit Health, an innovator in global healthcare, completed the acquisition of North Shore Cardiac Imaging Family Medical Health, a medical diagnostic imaging center. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Summit Health will continue to expand upon existing services for the community, and further build adjacent subspecialties in the market. We will also meet the clinical needs of our CityMD urgent care patients by leveraging our skilled local providers of primary and specialty care,” Rob Scoskie, Summit Health Chief Business Development Officer.
