Parthenon Capital and Bain Capital-backed Zelis, a healthcare payments and pricing company, completed the acquisition of Payer Compass, a provider of reimbursement and claims pricing, administration, and processing solutions, from Spectrum Equity, a growth equity firm, and Health Enterprise Partners, a healthcare-focused investment firm, for £147m.
