Astorg-backed OPEN Health to acquire The CM Group from NaviMed Capital.

Astorg-backed OPEN Health, a provider of scientific communications and market access services, agreed to acquire The CM Group, a medical communications platform, from NaviMed Capital, a private investment firm.
