AZ Next Generation Advisory and Invest Blue to acquire a 40% stake in Virtual Business Partners.

AZ Next Generation Advisory, an accounting and financial advisory firm, and Invest Blue, a financial advisory, agreed to acquire a 40% stake in Virtual Business Partners, a paraplanning and back-office provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Investing in advice businesses, you get a firsthand look at where the bottlenecks and opportunities are.
