Sapphire Gas Solutions, a provider of LNG & CNG virtual pipeline solutions, agreed to acquire CLEANCOR, a provider of fuel supply services, from SEACOR Holdings, a diversified holding company providing transportation and logistics services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of CLEANCOR is a natural fit for both companies and will significantly enhance Sapphire's service footprint and capabilities across North America.
