Sapphire Gas Solutions to acquire CLEANCOR from SEACOR Holdings.

Sapphire Gas Solutions, a provider of LNG & CNG virtual pipeline solutions, agreed to acquire CLEANCOR, a provider of fuel supply services, from SEACOR Holdings, a diversified holding company providing transportation and logistics services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of CLEANCOR is a natural fit for both companies and will significantly enhance Sapphire's service footprint and capabilities across North America. We are excited about this acquisition and look forward to continuing the service excellence both companies' customers have come to know," Sam Thigpen, Sapphire Gas Solutions CEO.
