Leidos completed the acquisition of the Australian special mission business from Cobham.

Leidos, a technology, engineering, and science solutions and services company, completed the acquisition of the Australian special mission business from Cobham, a British aerospace manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited and eager to formally welcome Cobham's Special Mission team to the Leidos family.
