EBSU to acquire Eurorite Cabinets.

EBSU, a home appliances company, agreed to acquire Eurorite Cabinets, a manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition in the western provinces, EBSU consolidates its leadership position across Canada. Eurorite allows us to optimize our production, our delivery times and our use of internal resources," Napoléon Boucher, EBSU president and CEO.
