Khiron Life Sciences, a medical cannabis provider, completed the acquisition of Pharmadrug Production, a manufacturer and wholesaler of medicinal products and active pharmaceutical ingredients, from Pharmadrug, a pharmaceutical company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
