Accenture, a professional services company, completed the acquisition of the Netherlands, Belgium and Bulgaria unit of Waterland Private Equity-backed Sentia, a cloud consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Accenture Cloud First’s priority is to help clients with total enterprise reinvention by building their digital core, optimizing operations and accelerating growth.
