Alfasigma, an Italian pharmaceutical company focused on prescription drugs, over-the counter and nutraceutical products, completed the acquisition of Sofar, an Italian pharmaceutical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our tradition of innovation and the success of the company today materialize by becoming part of an already established group such as Alfasigma.
