Restaurant Brands Iberia, a quick service restaurant platform completed the acquisition of the 158 Burger King restaurants from Ibersol, a multi-brand group, for €260m ($266m). "This acquisition is strategic for the group, since it will speed up the development of Burger King in the Portuguese market. The support of our reference partner, Cinven, has been essential to successfully complete this operation.
