Ooma completed the acquisition of OnSIP Intrado.

Ooma, a communications provider, completed the acquisition of OnSIP, a developer of business communication application, from Intrado, a provider of technology-enabled services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “OnSIP’s powerful technology is extremely flexible and easy to implement, use, and support.
