LDC completed the investment in Avantis.

Lloyds Development Capital, a mid-market private equity house, completed the investment in Avantis, a provider of virtual reality-based learning technology to the international education market. Key Capital Partners will remain invested in Avantis. Financial terms were not disclosed.
