Veros Real Estate Solutions to acquire Valligent.

Veros Real Estate Solutions, a provider of enterprise risk management and collateral valuation services, agreed to acquire Valligent, an appraisal management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Veros acquired Valligent to further revolutionize and drive the property valuation industry beyond where it is today.
