BYmyCAR, an online automotive platform, completed the acquisition of BMW Madrid business of BMW, a car manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. BMW Madrid covers the BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad brands across two facilities in the Spanish capital. The parties in this deal have yet to disclose the value of the acquisition.
