OMERS Private Equity to acquire Pueblo Mechanical & Controls from Huron Capital.

OMERS Private Equity, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Pueblo Mechanical & Controls, a mechanical services provider, from Huron Capital, a private equity firm.
