América Móvil, a Mexican telecommunications corporation headquartered in Mexico City, completed the spin-off of Sitios Latinoamérica, a Mexican company, independent from AMX’s management and capital structure, in a $5.6bn deal. By virtue of the foregoing, the spin-off process of AMX has been completed in all its stages.
