Koch Equity-backed Transaction Network Services, a provider of Infrastructure-as-a-Service solutions, completed the acquisition of AGNITY Global, a provider of intelligent business communication applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our objective has always been to facilitate telecom network transformation through efficient, future-proofed applications and adoption of the latest technologies.
