Egmont-backed Lindhardt & Ringhof completed the acquisition of Clio from Bonnier.

Egmont-backed Lindhardt & Ringhof, a large media conglomerate based in Denmark, completed the acquisition of Clio, a digital learning provider in the Nordics, from Bonnier, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Clio's operations in Denmark will be integrated with Lindhardt & Ringhof's education company Alinea and in Sweden the operations will continue to develop under the Clio brand.
