Mirion Technologies completed the acquisition of Critical Infrastructure Business from Collins Aerospace.

Mirion Technologies, a provider of detection, measurement, analysis and monitoring solutions to the nuclear, defense, medical and research end markets, completed the acquisition of Critical Infrastructure Business from Collins Aerospace, a supplier of aerospace and defense products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to welcoming the employees of the CI business to the Mirion team.
