Supreme, a supplier, manufacturer and distributor of wholesale batteries, lighting, vaping, and light fittings, agreed to acquire Cuts Ice, an independent vaping manufacturer with major own brands as well as OEM manufacturing contracts, and Flavour Core, a flavour development and regulatory compliance business in e-liquids.
