OMERS Private Equity completed the acquisition of a minority stake in NovaSource Power Services for $100m.

OMERS Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in NovaSource Power Services, a solar operations and maintenance company, for $100m. Clairvest Group will continue as the majority equity holder of NovaSource. “We welcome OMERS to the NovaSource community and are excited to see a company of such strategic significance capitalizing on the opportunity to invest for financial growth and social impact.
