Synopsis
J&F Investimentos, a private investment holding company, completed the acquisition of the Brazilian business of Ontex, a supplier of disposable personal hygiene products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ontex said it is divesting its emerging markets activities after a strategy review last year.
