Piab Group to acquire AVAC Vakuumteknik.

Piab Group, an automation machinery manufacturing company, agreed to acquire AVAC Vakuumteknik, a manufacturer of vacuum ejectors intended for material handling and automation industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Piab´s long history of innovation in vacuum technology and global presence will allow for AVAC to further develop as a company while providing a long-term home for our family business and its employees,” Tom Casinge, AVAC Vakuumteknik Chairman of the Executive Board.
