VINCI Energies completed the acquisition of S&T from Kontron for $408m.

VINCI Energies, an accelerator of energy transition and digital transformation, completed the acquisition of S&T, an IT services business of Kontron, a provider of hard and software solutions, for $408m. The agreement covers operations in Germany, Switzerland, Poland as well as eight other countries in central and eastern Europe. Kontron specialises in IT systems integration and services for cloud and datacenters, IT networks and cybersecurity, digital workspace as well as dedicated business applications.
