Compass Group Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed an investment in Florida Energy, Water & Air, an HVAC services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We felt a strong cultural connection with the Compass Group team early in the process and were impressed by their extensive thematic research and previous experience in the space.
