Stonepeak, an alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets, agreed to acquire 2.1k Philippine tower assets of Globe Telecom, a provider of telecommunications services, for $472.2m. “We are delighted to partner with MIESCOR and the MIDC team on this exciting opportunity with Globe.
