Longacre Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Power Adhesives.

Longacre Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Power Adhesives, a manufacturer of industrial glue guns and shaped hot melt adhesives. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be part of Power’s future success.
