Artfarm, an independent hospitality and development company, completed the acquisition of Groucho Club, an operator of private membership club, from investment firms Alcuin Capital, ICG Enterprise Trust and Isfield Investments. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am delighted that we have reached agreement with Artfarm, who are the perfect owners for the Groucho.
